Shipping and Returns


  • Fynbos Wedding Shoppe offers nationwide shipping.

  • Items in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.

  • Items that are not in stock may take 4-6 weeks to be shipped after receipt of payment.

  • Please make sure to place your order at least 7 weeks before your wedding or event to avoid disappointment. 

  • For any urgent orders please contact us on

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

  • Courier costs will be for your own account.


  • Items can be exchanged if you have received the wrong order or a faulty product. In this case, courier costs will be refunded.

  • Earrings and hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons, except for damaged products (proof thereof to be provided by the customer within 2 days of receipt of the product and provided that the product is still unused and returned in its original packaging.)

  • Shoes can be exchanged if the size you would like to exchange for is IN STOCK.

  • Shoes can only be exchanged if they are unused and in their original packaging, courier costs will be for your own account.

  • No items will be exchanged if you simply do not like what you have purchased.

  • To exchange an item, it needs to have all the original packaging, sanitary stickers and labels. Items have to be unused, unworn and unwashed. If you have worn or washed the item, you will not qualify for an exchange. All exchanged items need to be couriered and returned to us within 5 days of the customer receiving the item. If an item is received after 5 days, you will not qualify for an exchange. All items will be checked upon receipt by Fynbos Wedding Shoppe.

  • No exchange will be approved after 5 days of the customer receiving the item. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.

  • Fynbos Wedding Shoppe will arrange a courier to collect your items.

  • Exchanges take up to 5 days to process after receipt of your item.

  • Our exchange policy does not cover accidental or random damage that may occur by the customer wearing or using an item.

  • No exchanges will be approved on sale items.

  • There is no guarantee on diamante and embellishments on items.

  • Every effort is made to ensure that the item you order matches the picture provided in the online store, but colour, stitching, etc., may differ slightly due to the handmade nature of all our items. Fynbos Wedding Shoppe will not be liable for such slight differences.

  • Cancellations will only be processed within 24 hours of the order being placed.

  • Please email us at to cancel your order.


  • Your rental item will be shipped to you via express shipping 2 days before your booking date to ensure that you receive your item in time.

  • Pick up and drop off are also available at our physical store.

  • Please do not wash or clean your rental item. Fynbos Wedding Shoppe will professionally clean them.

  • Your rental item will be booked for courier 2 days after your event. Fynbos Wedding Shoppe will arrange for their courier to pick up the item. Please do not make use of your own courier.

  • Courier costs will be for your own account.

  • Any late returns will be billed at a daily rate of R300.

  • Rental items will go through quality control before your deposit is returned. Please allow 7 business days from receipt of the item for your deposit to be returned.

  • The rental fee will include the rental of items and the cleaning fee.

  • Courier delivery and collection costs will be quoted according to destination.

  • Any damages/stains beyond the expected wear and tear of an item, such as wine/liquid stains, food stains, tears, burns, etc., will deem your deposit void.

  • Not returning the hanger or dress bag will deem your deposit void.
